Jericho Foods

Jericho Foods started by two friends Fawzi Qaz Qaz and Ziad Janah who had a vision of making products that had the old world recipe which includes being healthy and made with the best ingredients. I was able to review the whole product line from  Jericho Foods  Hummus, Eggplant Varieties and Garlic Flavors. I had the Artichoke  Hummus on a pita with veggies and it was so tasty . The garlic Spread I tried on a veggie burger and it was too much for me it overpowered and to spicy it tasted hot but I think I would need to be on something it would compliment. The Eggplant Salsa is something I really wanted to try and I have to say it is tasty and interesting flavors , great wherever you use salsa.
