I like fudge rather it is on a cake , ice cream
sundae or drizzled on fruit but who does not like chocolate and fudge sauce? I
recently discovered Sweet Carol Ann’s Fudge it! And I was sent some to review a
Gift Pack which is all three in a
nice green box and they are Deep Dark
Chocolate Fudge which is sinfully rich and
thick, a chocolate lover’s true nirvana. Pour over ice cream, dip your favorite
fruit or just dig in with a spoon. Peppermint Fudge which is a refreshing blast of peppermint combined with a velvety dark
fudge sauce. It is almost like biting into a deep dark chocolate peppermint
patty. Perfect over brownies, ice cream or swirled into a steaming mug of hot
chocolate. Salted Caramel Fudge is sweet
buttery sumptuous caramel fudge enriched with a pinch of sea salt. It is all
you love about caramel and fudge combined together to give your taste buds an
explosion of smooth, buttery, sweet, salty, and intense chocolate in one
decadent bite. Add it to your favorite cheesecake or pile high on ice cream for
a truly sophisticated dessert.
My Opinion: I loved the Salted Caramel Fudge and my
husband loved the Deep Dark Fudge as he says the more chocolate the better. The
Peppermint Fudge is good on occasion and reminds me of a peppermint patty. I used to work with a women who we called
Sweet Carol Ann in Colorado and I miss her very much she made me laugh!
