Buff Bakes makes clean and simple spread to fit and
was recently sent a jar to review and I got the Snickerdoodle Protein Almond
Butter which 12 oz and made with roasted almonds, whey protein, coconut palm,
sugar, cinnamon, coconut oil, chia seed and flax seed. With 2 tablespoons
having 190 calories, 14 grams of fat and 11grams of protein.
My Opinion: I really like the protein from this
almond butter as it fills me up and stops the cravings and with the flax and
chia seeds in it makes healthier for you. I enjoyed this with apples slices and
crackers it is just so tasty and cinnamon is great to regulate blood sugar.
