Drink Perfector brings beverages to the optimal and most flavorful temperature, perfect
for experiencing the fullness of flavor notes and beverage bouquets, which are
indiscernible at conventional serving temperatures. Hot beverages rather it is
coffee, tea, or hot cocoa you want to enjoy it immediately, but you usually
have to wait 15-20 minutes to take your first sip or else you will burn your
tongue. You add ice to the Drink Perfector as noted on the temperature guide on
the paper provided. Place the Perfector on the mug or cup top. Slowly pour the
hot beverage in the black reservoir on the top. Once the liquid pours through
the copper coil, swirl the Perfector in a counter-clockwise motion to be sure
all liquid has cleared the coil. Place the Perfector on the black microfiber
cloth to absorb any residual moisture.
This is suppose to make
your beverages taste so much better with coffee being over 149 degrees makes
you miss the flavor notes. Wines red enjoyed at 60- 65 degrees, whites 50-55
degrees, when placed in a fridge the temp drops to 35 degrees.
My Opinion: It is an
interesting concept and something that took me a moment to understand why I was
doing this and how our entire life we have been not enjoying what we drink and
if we have it is too hot to drink and yes I do get burned from coffee and let
it sit until it is cold about 5-10 minutes. This I do not have to as I add my
hot beverage and when done coming through the coil enjoy. The clean up is
rather easy too.
