My Opinion: I suffer from depression and I’m very fidgety when I have to wait too long at a doctor’s office so end up playing with my phone but then that gets bored so I was able to try one of these Calm Strips and I placed it on the back of my phone case so when I get fidgety I just roam the textured strip and worked well to help relax me and calm down. I found it easy to put on and off my phone case. But you can decide where you like to place yours.
