My Opinion: I have not read the Bible myself but I do read a lot of spiritual books so getting this book from Joyce really helped me because I did not know Proverbs had a scripture passage about anxiety. I suffer from anxiety a lot I’m sure a lot of people do now with the recent coronavirus issues going on around. Proverbs 12:25 teaches us that anxiety in a person’s heart weighted down, “but the kind words cheers it up.” This verse shows us how to help people the way to do so is through kindness, especially by speaking kind words.
