Backlounge is a safe, effective inversion therapy, without the fear. Backlounge is a first-of-its-kind inversion therapy bench that takes the worry and pain out of inversion to offer more back-relieving benefits. Feel Safe as You Feel Better: Backlounge’s intelligent design puts you in complete control, delivering total inversion therapy, without the often scary sensation of being full upside down or the ankle pain that can come with conventional inversion tables.
Beyond
Inversion for Serious Spinal Comfort
Backlounge
is built to offer relief from your back and neck issues in multiple ways. While
its inversion function takes the pressure off your spine to decompress the disc
space between your vertebrae, you can also use Backlounge to strengthen your
core muscles going beyond temporary relief and creating long-lasting change.
Myofascial
release built right in
Backlounge
also features medium-density lumbar foam rollers. As you use Backlounge, their
firm pressure penetrates deep into the soft tissue surrounding your spine and
upper hips to help release the trigger points that are keeping your muscles
locked down.
My
Opinion: I decided to try this as I need to strengthen my back and see if I can
get some pain relief for a bit since I have chronic pain and a bulging disc. At
first, I was intimated by being upside down thinking I could not be in control
of this but it actually is not as bad as I thought. I started out using 5
minutes a day to get used to it now I am loving it. But I do find it heavy to move
around since I am losing muscle in my arms but hope to gain it back soon by
using this.
