Many thanks to Pure Flix for providing a sample of the product for this review. My opinions are 100% my own.
Sun Moon is coming to Pure Flix on May 5th and I recently had the chance to see it. The film stars MacKenzie Mauzy (NCIS: New Orleans), Justin Chien (Two Sides: Unfaithful), Madison McLaughlin (Arrow, Chicago P.D.), Michael Jong-Quin Huang (The Haunted Heart), Jason Burkey (FEARLESS FAITH, MIRACLE ON CHRISTMAS, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE) Leanne Morgan (Netflix Original Stand-up special I’m Every Woman, Dry Bar Comedy, Thou Shalt Laugh 3).
Kelsey is running from failure, heartbreak, and humiliation. In an attempt to understand God’s purpose for her life, she
goes to Taiwan to teach English. Will her leap of faith pay off? As I watched this movie I got to see other
cultures and how they live there and how God works through anybody anywhere.
Being left at the altar was tough as I can relate to how that heartbreak can
feel I had a different kind of heartbreak but reminds me of god’s plan is
not the same as mine and that having to heal can be done.
