Rovagnati Mother's Day Gift Guide 2023

Rovagnati just launched in the US with a new line of gourmet salami (charcuterie). The new line is gluten-free and includes cuts of prosciutto, salami, and more. I was able to sample some for Mother’s Day.

Italian Prosciutto Cotto made from the selection of the best pork thighs exclusively worked by hand and slowly oven steamed. The slices are light and tender, perfect for the most refined palates for a rich flavor experience.

Made from select pork from pigs born and bred in Italy Paolo Rovagnati Prosciutto Crudo is cured for 18 months to guarantee prime-quality cured ham.

Classic Mortadella Authentic Italian Recipe recognizable by its bright pink color with pearly white spots and made from the selection of premium pork cuts; the shoulder and the throat.

Salami Trio Salami Napoli, Hot Soppressata Spicy Salami, and Salami Milano.

Hot Soppressata Spicy Salami is typical of the Italian tradition, with a strong and decisive taste given by spices such as garlic and pepper.

Salami Milano is a very traditional specialty made from expertly processed select pork and a long curing process that enhances its unique flavor.

Salami Napoli Peppery Salami is filled with a mixture of fresh pork, black pepper, and spices.

Charcuterie Trio has Prosciutto Crudo, Salami Milano, and Salami Napoli.

My Opinion: I loved the salami and made a great Charcuterie for my lunch as when it is hot I like cold cuts and simple foods. Mom will love this for a nice lunch with her family.
