Each bag is enough for 2 uses unless you are making a big batch for a large gathering of something all the instructions are on the bags. The Taste was just like a regular brownie so the taste was not compromised one bit and I substituted applesauce for oil for it to be lower in fat and added only one egg so it will be fudgy instead of cake like.
