I was recently given some products from Philip Kingsley to try and they are Scalp Toner and Elasticizer Extreme. I was so excited to try the Scalp Toner (retails $29)because recently I have been suffering from an oily scalp after some product I used unsure of the culprit but this is to help with an oily scalp along with providing TLC to your scalp as it will rehydrate the scalp, water based, fragrance free, stimulates blood supply to the scalp, absorbs excess oil by having as astringent quality and protects against flakes. You use it by applying to the scalp after washing it and comb as you normally. I noticed after the first use it worked well and helped with the oil I was suffering from. I was so thankful as it is annoying and unhealthy to wash your hair daily as it strips your hair of the natural oils.
