I am not sure if you saw my post for Sugar Cookies from Sugar &Spice Market if not you can view it at http://missysproductreviews1. blogspot.com/2013/06/sugar- cookie-mix-review-by-sugar- spice.html . They make a variety of Gluten Free products and this month I am reviewing their Pancake/ Waffle Mix (12.3 oz. bag retails for $5.00) Just 1 cup of mix makes 15 pancakes so this bag will last awhile for me. I like to make pancakes for breakfast and include fruit sometimes strawberries or blueberries. I found the mix to be good and flavor was yummy. I definitely recommended this as part of a Gluten Free Diet. To learn more visit https://sugarandspicemarket. com . Do you want to one both products I reviewed? i would more than likely make good old blueberry. we buy 5lb bags of frozen blueberries fairly cheap at out local warehouse club, so we use them a lot. i like to top mine with a ricotta/lemon zest/honey mixture instead of (or in addition to, LOL) butter. thanks for such a yummy and nutritious giveaway!
