I was recently given the opportunity to review Hogner Farms and they sent me a bottle of Benissimo Mediterranean Garlic oil which also has oregano, thyme, basil. This can be used on Fish or Chicken, vegetable or where ever you want to make a bland dish more flavorful. I eat a lot of chicken in my house so that is where I decided to use this it gave it a nice light flavor and I also used this when stir frying vegetables as I usually use minced garlic any ways.
