San Diego Pretzel Company

If you love pretzels then on April 26 ,2014 is national pretzel day. I recently got to review San Diego Pretzel Company and they sent me a bag of New York Style Pretzels which is their signature traditional recipe is processed in the authentic Bavarian style using Natronlauge (a mixture of Sodium Hydroxide and water). This produces a hearty, rustic, old-world flavor, delicious plain and I was also sent a Sea Salt packet to put the salt on my pretzel after cooking. It was a very easy process cooking it first you sprinkle with water add salt then bake for 5 minutes or so until warmed.  I got it yesterday and cooked one last night to have while waiting for dinner to cook. 

My Opinion: I really liked the flavor and they are so huge and warmed in the oven nicely.
