Do you have a young child that is just learning to tie their shoes? Well, do you remember the movie Raising Helen where the little girl was just learning to tie her shoes when her mom died and did not get it completely until the movie was at the end then she aced it! Well, when I think shoe tying I remember that movie as I really enjoyed it. I remember when I learned how to tie my shoes it was on an old baby shoe and I also remember how excited I was to finally do it. I found EZ Leaps which is a shoe tying tool that comes in a variety of patterns Soccer Ball, Cupcake, Unicorn in pink and more. How it works as you get to the top of the shoe you first make an x then you put the loops on top of a knot pull the laces through the hole on EZ Leaps and reach for the sky it has a total of 8 steps.
My Opinion: The EZ Leaps is an attractive design and following the instructions to tie your shoes are easy to follow and a child will catch on quickly with these. This is a great idea.

I can remember learning to tie my shoe, bent down by the kitchen sink. I don't know why I was in the kitchen, practically on the floor but it was in our big old house, my grandma's old house and I'll never forget it. Good times! Funny what we remember right?
