My Opinion: I really like how this book takes you through the process of smoking from becoming your own pit master to cleaning & maintaining your smoker. I really like the recipes in here their new and different than ones I’ve seen in other cookbooks and I can’t wait to try them. Looking at the pictures you can notice how using an electric smoker gives your meat a different texture on the skin and almost looks more flavorful. This would make a great Christmas gift to anyone who has a smoker or loves to use a barbecue.
