Mama Mancini's & National Meatball Day!

March 9, 2017, was National Meatball Day and I celebrated with Mama Mancini's! I was sent Beef Meatballs & Turkey Meatballs which are slow cooked in an Italian Season Sauce of olive oil, onion, garlic, bay leaves, salt and pepper. This home-style recipe is old world Italian food created from recipes their Grandmother brought with her to America. Never written down, existing only in her heart. At the age of 15 their Grandmother Anna Mancini taught her grandaughter  all of them. Now stored in her heart. She is so proud to bring Anna’s amazing recipes to your table. Her dream come true. From Anna’s heart to my heart to your table. The meatballs are all-natural and made with premium quality beef.

My Opinion: I made meatball sliders and added these to pasta for a yummy protein packed meal. You can always eat these alone with a side salad if you do not want the pasta or bread I use either way they are yummy. For a family, you will want more than one package as you only get 8. The meatballs had a great flavor and seasoned perfectly. I like how quick and easy they are without sacrificing flavor. These can also be served for parties and more.
