FLUIDSTANCE Plane Cloud Graphite

With 2020 is the year where the normal routine has changed since COVID 19 we had to adapt to change with working more from home in doing so your home office maybe a bit smaller and movement might be what you are lacking as you don’t have to go as far as things. FLUIDSTANCE believes movement and balance are key as you go from working in a sedentary desk environment to flowing on The Plane Cloud Graphite balance board, comes in the color Slate as well. It features the same carefully engineered, 360-degree-tilt geometry of their pioneering Level deck, but with a smaller (and softer) footprint.

Stand comfortably for longer on the Plane Cloud’s cushy, textured foam top. Your natural micro-movements on this board will strengthen and stabilize your body, soothe stiff joints, burn calories, and keep you awake and alert even through the overwhelming urge to curl up under your desk after lunch.
The Plane Cloud’s textured, cushioned foam surface is 100% recyclable and naturally non-microbial to kill odors (not that your feet smell). The base is molded from 100% post-industrial high-molecular HDPE one of the strongest recyclable plastics available.

My Opinion: I must admit as a blogger and someone with chronic pain I do end up sitting and laying a lot but also with the feeling of restlessness and stiffness I do know I need to move more. I also was in physical therapy in January as I fell on the floor when I got out of bed and while in physical therapy I learned I had weak ankles and was given exercises to strengthen my ankles this can help with that. I found it helpful to learn balance again and make sure my ankles stay strong and not get worse.
