KIOLBASSA SMOKED MEATS has been around since 1949 in San Antonio, Texas I was sent some products for review. Polish Smoked Sausage each link features a hand-crafted blend of premium pork, beef, and spices smoked to perfection over hardwood. Beef Smoked Sausage a Kiolbassa fan favorite. Each link is handcrafted with premium cuts of beef and hand-blended spices. Then, we smoke them to perfection with real hardwood.
Organic Beef Smoked Sausage made with grass-fed and grass-finished, certified Organic Beef Smoked Sausage is known for being a fan favorite! Like all Kiolbassa products, it is made in small batches and smoked over hardwood for premium quality and flavor. Throw a few links on the grill, in the oven, or on the stove for a tasty meal!
Dry Cured Hickory Bacon premium, extra-thick cut, dry-cured bacon. Kiolbassa
Dry-Cured Hickory bacon is packed with flavor and doesn’t shrink or splatter
like average bacon. This is because it isn’t pumped full of water like most
bacon you find in stores. A must-try for any bacon lover!
All the meats have no nitrates, no
msg, and no gluten.
My Opinion: I liked the bacon which
I only used for breakfast time it was tasty and liked that they had no
nitrates. The smoked sausages are good as well in pasta or cut up to eat by
themselves.
Links of Love: As a young man, our founder, Rufus Kiolbassa,
was a meat salesman during World War II. Meat was scarce and Rufus was often
brought to tears having to make the painful decision about who would receive
the meat rations that he had available. This experience stuck with Rufus when
he opened Kiolbassa Smoked Meats in 1949. His compassion for his fellow man
lives on through our company’s purpose to enrich lives.
