KT Health+ AIM

The makers of KT Tape now has a line of drink mixes called KT Health+ AIM Targeted Healthy Matrix. You can get the flavors Peach Mango, Unflavored, Pineapple Orange Guava, and Citrus Orange. These are designed to support healthy inflammation response and immune support, and promote digestive health & absorption. Ingredients like turmeric, ashwagandha, KSM 66, organic beet root powder, zinc, vitamin c, vitamin d, fibersol-2, bioperine black pepper extract, and inulin. It has no preservatives, no artificial flavors, no artificial sweeteners, and is sugar-free.

Every day, millions of Americans may be impacted by the aches and pains associated with inflammation in the body. KT Health+ AIM is designed to support these issues and help you feel at your best with an easy-to-drink, great-tasting, once-a-day drink mix. Their unique matrix includes 1,000 mg of Turmeric and other key natural botanicals so you can say goodbye to swallowing pill after pill.

My Opinion: I can’t swallow pills due to my narrow throat and phobia of pills I opt to have liquid or crush them but all the pills can’t be crushed this is a great option for me. I suffer from chronic pain along with fibromyalgia and anyway I can manage the pain is a win for me because that means I cannot be grouchy and somewhat normal. I enjoy the flavor of this as it is not too bad and I was able to dissolve it well in my juice/water.

Here is a recipe I found on their blog

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

2 Bananas, ripe & peeled

2 big spoonfuls of Peanut Butter

1 cup Oat Milk

1 cup Greek Yogurt

1 packet KTHealth+ AIM unflavored

a dash of Cinnamon

Blend in a blender and enjoy.
