I
Heard the Bells tells the story of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow who is known as America's
Poet, leads an idyllic life until the day his world is shattered by tragedy.
With a nation divided by Civil War and his family torn apart, Henry puts down
his pen, silenced by grief. But it's the sound of Christmas morning that
reignites the poet's lost voice as he discovers the resounding hope of
rekindled faith. This is an inspiring true story about Henry Wadsworth
Longfellow and have you got your tickets yet to see it in theaters ONLY December
1st, 3rd, and 4th!
My
Opinion: This movie was heartbreaking when the tragedy of his wife made him
heartbroken, and bitter which made it hard to care for the kids but he managed. He was mad at God for what
has happened but in the end, he was able to rekindle his faith and show redemption. His oldest son join the Civil War to get away from his dad and the promise he made his mom.
