RE-FOCUS The Creative Office Easter Gift Guide 2023

As you know not only is April Easter but also coming up in May is Mental Health Awareness Month. I thought with all the social media and mainstream news making adults, kids, and virtually everyone anxious that journaling can help reduce some anxiety. RE-FOCUS sent me Adult Guided Anxiety Journal it has 97 pages this Journal is designed to be a guide that you can go through at your own pace.

No matter what you may be going through, this journal will provide thought-provoking questions to allow you to explore the direction of your life and create a more peaceful balance in your life. There are no right or wrong answers, as this journal is truly a roadmap to help you think about where you are today and how you can make your life better in the future.

Young Adults Anxiety Journal has 95 pages and today young adults face many challenges that many are not even aware of. This Journal was created and designed with today's Young Adults in mind. This is a Guided Anxiety Journal and one that is inspired with positivity, hope, and creativity and brings up many issues that Young Adults deal with on a daily basis.  This journal details various topics that include social media, parents, college, and more. This journal provides different ideas and examples of how young adults could potentially handle various situations that they may deal with on a daily basis.

To-Do List Legal Pad 2-Pack in Pink you can also get blue.  Back by popular demand, a professional Legal Pad of To-Do Lists and Appointments by RE-Focus The Creative Office is designed to make your life easier, and more organized and give you time to RE-Focus! 8.5" x 11.75". Bundle of two, 30 sheets each.

My Opinion: I always write a list of things I have to get done and this pad helps me to remember it all; I use this for a list I need at the store because I am tired of getting to the store and forgetting what I need and have to make too many trips a week. I plan on giving my niece who is 16 the anxiety journal as it may help write out things I know when I was a teen I had a diary, do teens still use one? This will help with communication with parents; understanding some of your feelings, and more.
