My
Opinion: I always write a list of things I have to get done and this pad helps
me to remember it all; I use this for a list I need at the store because I am
tired of getting to the store and forgetting what I need and have to make too
many trips a week. I plan on giving my niece who is 16 the anxiety journal as
it may help write out things I know when I was a teen I had a diary, do teens
still use one? This will help with communication with parents; understanding some
of your feelings, and more.
Their
Mission: Once an individual is focused, organized, and finds their “calm” –they
can be BRILLIANT!
