Orange Vanilla Sugar was at the Hotel Maria Delordes in Cancun, Mexico.
Apparently, this very old Inn had a long history of serving English Vacationers
and instituted a High afternoon Tea long ago. After a day of failing to find
the ruins of Tulum, we decided to treat ourselves. To sweeten your tea, ice
tea, or coffee, they had sugar flavored with oranges and vanilla beans. This
confection also adorned some sweets served with tea, such as their almond and
Spanish wedding cookies.
Maple Sugar is made with pure
dehydrated maple syrup. Maple Sugar is the perfect accent to
pancakes, but it is also a great alternative to sweetening things like cakes,
muffins, and cookies. It is also a flavorful substitute for white sugar in
coffee, tea, or favorite recipes.
My
Opinion: The Orange Vanilla Sugar was yummy in my coffee and so was the maple
sugar I also used it sprinkled on my Cheerio’s cereal and was tasty. The
vinegar I used on my cukes and made with a dash of olive oil. I love all these
items I was sent for review and sample.
If
you ever go to Westfield, MA stop by the store if not order online you will not
