It is great with pork, beef, fish, lamb, poultry, and veggies.
Apple BBQ Wood Chips have a mild sweet flavor. It is great with poultry, seafood, pork, and veggies.
Cherry BBQ Wood Chips have a mild fruity flavor. It is great with pork, beef, fish, lamb, and poultry.
Hickory BBQ Wood Chips have a robust smoky flavor. It goes great with pork, beef, fish, lamb, poultry, and veggies.

My Opinion: You have to soak these for 30 minutes to 45 minutes then place in a smoker box for more flavor or place them on the grill where you normally place the rocks. I eat a lot of chicken on the grill so I tried the apple as I like how it pairs with chicken anyways it was mild and sweet as it said about. I am still new to using wood chips but enjoy them.
