Grilling Season is here again for everyone so this Father’s Day Bear Mountain BBQ Wood Chips can be used to use in many grills including gas grills I was sent a variety of them to try and Gourmet BBQ Wood Chips has a balanced sweet and smoky flavor. It is great with pork, beef, fish, lamb, poultry, and veggies.
Apple BBQ Wood Chips have a mild sweet flavor. It is
great with poultry, seafood, pork, and veggies.
Cherry BBQ Wood Chips have a mild fruity flavor. It
is great with pork, beef, fish, lamb, and poultry.
Hickory BBQ Wood Chips have a robust smoky flavor. It
goes great with pork, beef, fish, lamb, poultry, and veggies.
Mesquite BBQ Wood Chips have a bold smoky flavor. It

My
Opinion: You have to soak these for 30 minutes to 45 minutes then place in a
smoker box for more flavor or place them on the grill where you normally place the
rocks. I eat a lot of chicken on the grill so I tried the apple as I like how
it pairs with chicken anyways it was mild and sweet as it said about. I am
still new to using wood chips but enjoy them.
