My Opinion: These devices all have many uses in different situations and there is a lot of research involved to see what is legal in your state and how to use the items correctly. I know this day and age crime is horrible and I just wish it would stop and there was not so many evil people roaming this earth to prey on people.  I have attached the Personal Alarm to my keys as you never know when you might need it. I found the safety event informative and ways to stay protected.
