The Invisible Chef Holiday Gift Guide 2023

Jill McCauley and Terry Howard, the founders of The Invisible Chef have added new Holiday Baking Mixes just in time for holiday baking.   The boutique company, which produces gourmet baking mixes that are rich in flavor and fun, is celebrating almost 17 years of baking deliciousness.  As close to homemade as you can get…. just add a few ingredients and go from box….to oven….to table in minutes!

In addition to the existing Holiday Cookie Exchange Baking Mix, Chocolate Peppermint Cupcake & Frosting Kit, Macaroon Chocolate Chip Blondie Mix and the popular Vanilla Pizzelle Cookie Mix, The Invisible Chef has added three new mixes to their line-up.

Iced Red Velvet Coffee & Tea Cake This pretty red cake is topped with cream cheese icing that is sure to make any occasion a celebration!  Includes two packets: Cake Mix and icing Mix.  Makes an 8 x 4 loaf cake.

Gingerbread Cinnamon Chip Pancake & Waffle Mix These warmly spiced pancakes have all the classic flavors of gingerbread cookies with an extra spicy kick from the cinnamon chips. Serve these pancakes with a Maple Pecan Topping one of their creative “Think Outside the Box recipes.

Vanilla Shortbread Cookies are rich, Buttery, and delicate a perfectly sweet (but not too sweet) cookie to serve for holidays, special occasions, or just because!  Just add butter.  Makes an 8 x 8 pan.

Cookie Exchange Kit Celebrate the season sprinkled with joy & cheer!  With The Chef’s Cookie Exchange Kit and a few basic ingredients, you can go from box to oven to party in minutes! This baking kit makes 4 dozen classic holiday cookies 2 dozen Vanilla Sugar Cookies and 2 dozen Chocolate Peppermint Cookies.  Perfect for hosting a Holiday Cookie Exchange Party! This kit includes three packets:  Vanilla Sugar Cookie Mix, Chocolate Peppermint Cookie Mix, and Holiday Sprinkles.

My Opinion: These are great to make and gift this holiday season. I love the cookie exchange kit and found it easy to make. I love gingerbread and these pancakes were yummy as well.
