Dot Connor: Webtective $10 Amazon E-Gift Card Giveaway Ends 9/24 #DotConnerWebtectiveMIN #MomentumInfluencerNetwork

Many thanks to Huff Media Productions and Pangea Pictures for providing a sample of the product for this review. Opinions are 100% my own.

In theaters starting September 19, 2025 is Dot Connor: Webtective which stars  Gili Gould as Dot; Lauryn McCardell as Makayla; Ethan Pogue as Alex; Scarlett Bella Song as Pamela; Drew Waters as Grant; Jason Marsden as Viktor; John Brady as Anton; Libby Smallbone as Emily; Janet Decker as Lulu; Jae Huff as Millie; Tina Gallo as Mrs. Jones; Peyton Huff as Josh; Sharonne Lanier as Tara Williams; Karen Maslich as Anne Murray; Owen Osborne as Isaac Watson; John Rhys-Davies as Himself.  Internet sleuth (or "webtective") Dot Conner receives a cryptic phone call from her father on the eve of her first day of high school, plunging her into an adventure she never expected to face.

As Dot navigates the rocky start of her high school life, she uncovers the first of many clues her father has left behind, setting her on an urban treasure hunt with friends Makayla and Alex. Their quest leads them through the city, crossing paths with dangerous Russian thugs as they go. What begins as a search for her father quickly unravels into a much larger mystery, revealing his deep involvement in the world of espionage. Amid the chaos, Dot discovers the truth of Philippians 4:13, proving that even in the darkest times, faith can light the way.

My Opinion: I enjoyed the plot, starting at high school, to kids who are bullies, to her podcast as a webtective, and going on an adventure to find her dad with her friends, following the cryptic clues along the way. While Dot begins the film by searching for ways she might take control of her situation, she ends with an understanding that God is in control, as well as a deeper conviction that He provides the strength we need to endure our circumstances.
