Light of the World In Theaters Tomorrow & Win A $10 Amazon E-Gift Card Ends 9/10 #LightoftheWorldMIN

Many thanks to Salvation Poem for providing a sample of the product for this review. Opinions are 100% my own.

Light of the World opens in theaters on September 5, 2025, where you can see this beautiful, 2D-animated story of Jesus told through the eyes of his young friend, the Apostle John. It’s AD 30 and everyone is expectantly awaiting the coming Messiah. While Jesus isn’t exactly what they imagined, there is something special about this man. Soon, John, James, Andrew, Peter, and their new friends begin to follow Jesus on an unexpected adventure.

Buy tickets at https://lightoftheworld.com. Show your support by going opening weekend (Sept. 4-7 with a special early showing on Thursday) with a group of 10 or more you can get tickets $7.50 a person.  This is the first movie from Salvation Poem Project, a ministry committed to sharing Jesus with the world. Director John Schafer was the producer of the beloved program Superbook. Director Tom Bancroft was a long-time animator with Disney, working on The Lion King, Mulan, and Beauty and the Beast.

My Opinion: I enjoyed this animated tale for the whole family, which will remind you of the stories you heard as a kid and growing up, from the wine to the fishes on the boat to how Mary stopped hearing voices to the love, faith, and spreading the word.
