Sephra Gourmet Crepe and Belgian Waffle Mix Review & Giveaway

Sephra makes quality products for commercial or home use and was recently sent a couple products to try at home and since I feel breakfast is the most important meal of the day I got to review Belgian Waffle Mix- 5 lb bag which I stored in an air tight container to make as little or as much as I want. You can add so many things to waffle mix including chocolate chips, strawberries, blueberries and more.

This mix is made with enriched wheat flour, vegetable soya oil, sugar, dried whole eggs, soy flour, powdered malt, corn flour, baking powder, dextrose, salt, N&A flavors.

I also got Sephra Gourmet Crepe Mix- 5 lb bag which I again stored in an air tight container. Again you make following the directions as much or as little as you would like 1 cup of mix to 1 cup of water. I have used the most so far making blueberry and cream cheese crapes but I also know you can make spinach and egg filled, strawberry and cream cheese, veggies and more. The mix is made with enriched wheat flour, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (canola or soy), shortening, dried whole eggs, sugar, buttermilk powder, salt, baking powder, N&A flavors.

My Opinion: I really love how easy it is to use and making crepes are easier than I thought they would be and the mix tastes so good. The price is also affordable to make at home or if you have a crepe stand or own a restaurant these are perfect. The Belgian waffle mix is also tasty and easy to make.

  1. I would make plain waffles and add strawberries on top.

  3. I like plain waffles but do add some fruit on top. I like to add some fresh cut strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
