I Want My Hat Back


Being released on DVD on July 14, 2015 from Scholastic and Cinedigm is I Want My Hat Back. This is a collection of four tales which are
I Want My Hat Back written & illustrated by John Klassen , narrated by Daniel Pinkwater: Bear’s hat is gone. None of the animals have seen it but Bear’s memory is sparked by a deer who asks just the right questions.


The Lucky Ducklings written by Eva Moore, Illustrated by Nancy Carpenter and Narrated by Tavia Gilbert: A true story about a mama duck and her five ducklings that had to be rescued from a town storm drain during an early morning walk.

The Happy Lion written by Louise Fatio, illustared by Roger Duvois : A lion in a Paris zoo tries to return his friends’, visits by venturing into town to see them.

The Happy Owls written  and illustrated by Celestino Platti: Two owls discover the secret of peace and happiness along with sharing their secret with all their barnyard friends.

This DVD runs 33 minutes and rated TV-G and an SRP of $14.93.
My Opinion: I love the lessons from the four stories like problem solving, the importance of family and nature as well. This is for ages 4-8 years old.
