I just wanted to let you know Butterball is not just for Thanksgiving it is also for summer and July 4th as they make turkey burgers, meatballs, sausages, bacon and more. I know I have swapped my Beef burger for a Turkey burger as it is lower in fat and cholesterol. I usual top it with mayo, teriyaki sauce and a pineapple slice. I also use a orange sauce on it, avocado and salsa the possibilities are endless. I also use the turkey sausage in baked beans sliced or you can slice them and put them on a skewer with veggies or pineapples. The meatballs can be used on a sub or in make party meatballs with cranberry sauce and chili sauce. The Turkey bacon can be a burger topper, crumbled on deviled eggs and more.
So this July 4th I will be having all Butterball turkey products at my cook out and I hope you do too and let me know you made the switch from Beef to Turkey!
