Community Coffee

This holiday season I want to let you know to curl up with Community Coffee that offers seasonal coffee blends made with 100% Arabica beans that are deliciously satisfying on their own and in a number of food and drink recipes. I was recently some k-cups to review and they were:

Southern Bread Pudding – Has all the flavor of the traditional Southern dessert–brown sugar, caramel and a hint of honey-coated raisins; expertly balanced with incredibly smooth flavor and made from only the top 10% of the world's coffee beans.

Pecan Praline- Steeped in the Southern flavors of creamy pralines and sweet pecans, this Pecan Praline flavored coffee is a truly delightful treat and made from only the top 10% of the world's coffee beans.

Café Special-Created for the finest restaurants, this welcoming, medium-dark roasted coffee has full-bodied flavor with a smooth and balanced finish and made from only the top 10% of the world's coffee beans.

The Sugar & Spiced Christmas Coffee
Servings: 8
Difficulty: 2
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
3/4 cup chilled whipping cream
4 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
1 cup freshly
ground Community coffee
5 tsp. ground cardamom
3 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
7 cup water

Directions:
Using an electric mixer, beat whipping cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Then, add powdered sugar and continue beating. Place ground coffee, cardamom, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a coffee filter. Using a spoon, mix gently. Add water to your coffee maker and brew to your liking. Next, divide coffee among 8 cups. Garnish each with a dollop of whipped cream and serve piping hot.

My Opinion: This is yummy coffee and the recipe I made above came out delicious and my first time trying a recipe this different then what I am used to. Community Coffee has a Military Match program as well to support those who have served our country.
