Blue Apron

As one of the world’s leading in at-home meal delivery service blue apron which started in 2012. When you order from blue apron they send you a step-by-step recipe guide which is pre-portioned and directly from farms and suppliers. I was recently sent to meals to review the recipes I was sent were 4 people which were the family plan price per serving is $8.74 and weekly total is $139.84. The first recipe was Spiced Turkey Arayes with garlic almond zucchini wedges with a lemon yogurt sauce. The second recipe I was sent was spiced steaks and tomato avocado salad with a creamy cone cabbage in red onion slaw. Both of these arrived with all ingredients needed and a step-by-step guide on how to prepare them and also came with an avocado guide so I could know where it came from and how to peel him pit and avocado.

My Opinion: I really like how this arrived very fresh in the cost is reasonable for a family of four. I was unsure if I was going to like the spiced turkey arayes but to my surprise, it was very tasty and easy to prepare by following all the directions. The spiced steaks and tomato avocado salad was not my favorite because I do not care for all the ingredients that came with it although the steak was very tender for a flat iron steak I’m not a fan of cilantro onions or cabbage.
