Summer time means salad season. Fresh veggies, delicious fruits and warm nights, spent enjoying outdoor meals with family and friends. To make your fresh meal burst with flavor, make something real, with something real: Litehouse dressings. In the refrigerated produce section, where real dressing should be. If your veggies could talk, they would say no to room temperature dressings. Fresh foods deserve fresh tasting dressings that are packed with ingredients like buttermilk and real blue cheese. You chop, you dice, you carefully peel. And to top off your vegetables or dress your salad, reach for a cold, fresh-tasting, refrigerated dressing from Litehouse, because real vegetables deserve real dressing.
I am showcasing Chunky Bleu Cheese which combines Litehouse original recipe with loads of our artisan blue cheese chunks. This is made with fresh buttermilk, homemade mayonnaise and the perfect blend of spices. I chose Red, White and Blue Burger which I will show you my version of it using a turkey burger, tomato slices , and topped with Chunky Bleu Cheese. You could always stuff the burger but I chose not to. You could even use Red Peppers grilled slices as well.
Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing which is a delicious combination of fresh herb and vegetable flavors. I decided to make deviled eggs with this as it would be in place of mayo and Dijon mustard for a nice spin on deviled eggs.
