My Opinion: I had never had avocado oil may so trying this was a real treat and I thought it would be best on Mexican dishes or a sandwich. The peanut oil was great for cooking; the sprays which I use to cook veggies to stir-fry or shrimp etc were very nice. I like the fact it is safe for diabetics and those who want a healthy lifestyle.
