I am so excited for this DVD that is being released on August 28, 2018, from SkipRope & Public Media Distribution as I used to watch it every Halloween as a child it is Garfield’s Halloween Adventure with as MSRP of $6.99. It is time to Trick or treat with Garfield! Garfield and Odie put on their pirate costumes to get as much Halloween candy as possible. After a successful night trick-or-treating, Garfield spots even more houses where ghostly pirates are expected to arrive any minute.
This fun-filled DVD also includes Garfield Goes to Hollywood when the TV show PET SEARCH announces a pet talent contest; Jon devises an act for him, Garfield and Odie: ‘Jonny Bop and the Two Steps.’ They win the local event and head to Hollywood for the finals where Garfield and Odie cut Jon out of the act and become ‘The Dancing Armandos.’
My Opinion: Garfield is the lazy, fun loving, lasagna-eating cat that everyone loves and I love watching him as he makes me laugh. The Halloween Adventure is a classic and I look forward to sharing with future generations. I did not remember seeing Garfield Goes to Hollywood so watching this was humor.
