My Opinion: I substituted applesauce for oil and it did not work out so well it made the blondes dry, the gluten-free & sugar-free brownie mix has a nice flavor but caused my husband to suffer severe stomach pains. I loved the mousse with the stevia and apple cinnamon coffee cake was yummy also.
