In this present time of the Covid-19 virus, we are
all changing our routine and doing things we never have before and one of those
things are not being able to get outside much and go where we want to go and
honestly, I feel anxious at times and restless. I have to find more creative
ways to do things and one is getting some exercise and White Crane Online is a modern
way to learn the ancient art of Tai Chi and offers courses one I needed was
breathing meditation which lasts 7 minutes and helps me to relax and rid of
anxiety.
Seated White Crane Tai Chi one
of the greatest things about Tai Chi is its incredible versatility. It can be
done anytime and practically anywhere – and for those with limited mobility, or
who are recovering from illness or injury, seated Tai Chi is a fantastic way to
practice the amazing art of Tai Chi. Lower body strength and balance aside, you
can benefit incredibly from regular seated Tai Chi practice. You will feel
gently stretched out, refreshed and energized, with a calmer mind and reduced
aches and pains…. It’s like a moving meditation from a seated position! This
course for subscribers is over a 12 month period and each month several moves
will be released to you for studying and training. You will also have access to
learn the form from a standing position, so you can switch from one to the
other if required. Additionally, you can access a private Facebook group where
you can post questions, and view extra material.
Tension Meditation this
meditation, which can be done seated or lying down, takes you through a
powerful visualization. Imagining a beam of light slowly washing over every
part of your body, you will feel it erasing tension, aches, and pains in its
path. You will experience a softening of the body as it surrenders to total
relaxation.
My Opinion: These exercises on
White Crane Online is going to help me tremendously not only with what I need
as far as getting some exercise being quarantined at this time but also helping
to stay relaxed and calm.
