The way it works just put it on with your coffee grounds you would normally brew. I got the flavors Vanilla and Crème Caramel as those are two of my favorite flavors of all time. They have a total of 16 flavors and could replace those flavored coffee creamers. If you still use milk you could go with a fat free milk of creamer instead. So I tried the Inbru Vanilla and it does give my coffee a great flavor but I also have to have my milk so I added it and it was delicious.
