Weight loss Rants
I am writing this today as I am one who struggles with weight loss and eating the right foods. Last July I went on a 1200 calorie diet which included T25 and from then until September I had lost inches and 15 pounds. Now I have gained it all back and my legs are even bigger than before. I am frustrated as I am tired of the weight loss roller coaster. I tried going on my weight loss journey again back in April but found that I could not get motivated along with every day stressors with work and home life I became depressed. I am tired of being overweight and plan on trying a new approach this week as I have learned some things in the past and they are I have to stick to a plan with very little deviations as I will fall off the wagon again. Start off eating what I like and go from there meaning do not try to accomplish too much too soon. Do you feel the same way I do? Would you like to see my daily food intake with calories listed? Do you want simple recipes listed to try yourself? I love to eat and that what got me into this so now I need to learn to eat only the right foods and not the ones that have been there my whole life through every mood I was in rather I was happy, sad, depressed or tired. I need to change my life as I am the only one who no one can do it for you
