505 Southwestern

Located in Hatch Valley, New Mexico is 505 Southwestern with their world famous green chile peppers grow. 505 Southwestern chile’s are picked, flame roasted and flash frozen during harvest. Throw in a few other all-natural ingredients and the result is an “explosion of deliciousness” that is gluten-free, non-GMO, preservative free, allergen free and made daily. I was sent the 505 Quick Start Guide that included 4 jars.
Honey Chipotle Green Chile Salsa Medium- this is a unique twist on red salsa as it has green chile, hold the onion and create a sweet, smoky flavor by using just the right amount of honey and chipotle. Where you may want to use, this is tortilla chips, baked potatoes, and cottage cheese.
Hatch Valley Green Chili Salsa with Tomatillos, Garlic & Lime Medium- with the desire to be original/relevant, this one is created with the most authentic New-Mex green salsas available. Where you may want to use, this is tortilla chips, baked potatoes, and cottage cheese.

Green Chile Sauce Medium- hatch Valley Green chili sauce is a special recipe designed to help create your own dish using pork, chicken or beef in a skillet or a crockpot. Where you can use, this is tacos, burritos, quesadillas, use a skillet to cook in minutes or crockpot for slow roast simmer.
Flame Roasted Green Chile Medium- picked, roasted them flash frozen right after harvest to deliver just picked freshness and each batch. You can use this for topping tacos, burritos, quesadillas, eggs, burgers, hotdogs and much more.

My Opinion: I really do like the Green Chili Sauce I used it to top burritos and the medium is spicy, spicier than I expected for a medium. But I did like the flavor and it is also great on French fries then you put cheese on top and melt it is the best. I really like the fact that 505 Southwestern is nine non-GMO verified.
505 Southwestern has one over a dozen Scovie awards along with the official best of New Mexico in 2014 and 2015.
