My Opinion: I needed to read this book as sometimes I have problems being positive and I wanted to learn more to help change my mindset. As I was reading this book I noticed that is very straightforward and honest with the way he has written this book and that is the way I can understand. I learned a lot from this book that is can I help me daily and in the future.
