Coming to Blu-ray and DVD January 2, 2018, from RLJE Films, is The House October Built 2. This is a sequel to the 2014 cult hit and marks the return of Brandy Schaefer (Coffin Girl), Mikey Roe ( Feed the Beast), Jeff Larson with the original filmmaking team of director and Co-writer Bobby Rowe, producer and co-written by Zack Andrews and producer Steven Schneider. Recovering from the trauma of being kidnapped last Halloween by the Blue Skeleton, a group who take “extreme haunt” to another level five friends decide they must face their fears in order to move on. Heading back out on the road to visit more haunted house attractions, signs of the Blue Skeleton start appearing again in a new terror begins.
My Opinion: I saw the first movie which left me wondering what was going to happen in the next one and this one is just as creepy as the first one. As they go through the haunted houses to get to Hellbent I was on the edge of my seat and scared which a lot of the horror movies does not do that for me so that’s awesome.
This film runs 101 minutes, horror and not rated.
