If you have kids this summer means lots of beach time, road trips, camping and what better snack to bring along that is portable is a favorite from my childhood Little Debbie they have some new snacks out that will make you want to run to your nearest store to purchase. Turtle Brownies are a cake brownie topped with salty-smooth, golden brown caramel, crunchy roasted peanuts then drizzled with a fudge coating.
Happy Camper Strawberry Filled Cookies these are soft baked with a strawberry filling in the middle if you like the pumpkin delights you will love these. Happy Camper Cakes are twin wrapped with a yellow cake with vanilla crème, icing, and stripes with fun camp sprinkles that include trees! Happy Camper S’mores Cake Roll is a yellow cake with marshmallow and graham cracker flavored crème then topped with a chocolaty drizzle.
My Opinion: The Turtle Brownie you will want to keep cool else the fudge will melt. I love the Strawberry Filled Cookies but I want more strawberry in the middle. Happy Camper Cakes are also really tasty and the touch of sprinkles was a great addition. S’more Cake Rolls do taste like a S’mores and I like how I can enjoy a campfire treat anytime and camping has so many great memories as a kid growing up. These are all perfect for all outdoor adventures this summer along with snacks in lunchboxes.
