My Opinion: I never knew what Qigong was until I got
this book and I have learned so much as each chapter talks about the five
elements, meditation, how to center and balance yourself, and all the organs in
your body.

I loved this book! It was full of great and helpful information, it was well written and a pleasure to read to read. I have put some of his techniques into practice, and I feel better physically and mentally. I highly recommend this book.
