I got October box which included Organic Single Origin Guatemala Nuevo medium roast is shade-grown on a Guatemalan coffee farm residing on the volcanic soils of Atitlan, Fuego, and Acatenango, which helps produce a low acidity roast. The distinct chocolate and black cherry notes taste like this coffee was meant to always be had alongside a rich and Dark Chocolate Truffle cookie.

Organic Blend Colombian Triple Roast level is dark/medium/light to create a unique tasting experience. With light notes of vanilla, blended with deeper notes of brown sugar, this roast is sure to awaken your taste buds. Combine with the maple and deliciously savory bacon pieces of the Pancake & Bacon cookie to experience a true match in breakfast heaven.
My Opinion: I never thought of what coffee would taste good with what cookie so trying this and the coffee paired with the cookies helped enhance and coffee and cookie taste. I enjoyed them all and definitely recommend it to anyone.
