Be Fearless 5 Principles for a Life of Breakthroughs
and Purpose By Jean Case from Simon and Schuster. When Jean Case, Chairman of
the National Geographic Society and CEO of the Case Foundation, set out to
investigate the core qualities of great changemakers, past and present, she
found five surprising traits they all had in common. They weren’t wealth, privilege,
or even genius. It was that all of these exceptional men and women chose to
make a “big bet,” take bold risks, learn from their failures, reach beyond
their bubbles, and let urgency conquer fear.
In this deeply personal and inspiring book, Jean writes
about her own transformational life experiences and introduces dozens of
ordinary people who ended up doing extraordinary things and whose lives serve
as beacons of fearlessness, innovation, and purpose.
In these pages, you’ll
meet remarkable leaders from all walks of life these opportunities to make a
difference and succeeded in light of dawn to the barriers, frequent failures,
and loud objections from those who said they couldn’t do it.
Weaving together storytelling, practical tips, and
inspiration, this book will teach you about the five fearless principles to
work in your own life or organization so that you, too, can change the world.
My Opinion: this book will inspire you, and nobody
should ever give up on their dreams and go for what they want in life. This
book will help you to be bold and take risks along with learning to deal with
failures if they come along. I really enjoyed this book in the late is
sometimes you forget about all those who have failed but also those who have
conquered and went for what they wanted in their life.
