PONTI

Ponti From small business to a major company. From local to international. Their first 230 years are filled with events and achievements that have allowed us to become the Italians’ favorite vinegar. The best part of our history? The part that’s yet to come.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Rich and Creamy Ponti innovatively combines cooked grape must and fine wine vinegar, then ages the blend in small oak barrels to deliver this incredible density, rich creaminess, and unmistakable flavor. Well-balanced and persistent on the nose, with typical aromas and scents of cooked must. Full-bodied and silky texture; harmonious sweet and sour taste with tamarind and plum jam undertones.Ideal for grilled meats, aged cheeses, risotto dishes, and vanilla ice cream. Perfect drizzle for braised meats or greens; fruit salads and even cocktails, sparkling wine, or sparkling water.

Ponti Cherry Condiment Rich and Creamy Obtained from the careful and skillful blending of aromatic grape musts, fine Apple Cider Vinegar, and fragrant cherry juice.Smooth and rounded, with a cherry jam flavor. Ideal for ice cream and panna cotta. Refines meat, adding a velvety sweet and sour note to every dish.

Ponti Rose Wine Vinegar will be available in April 2023 is a crisp and fruity rosé wine-based vinegar. Light and zesty in taste with a gorgeous light pink appearance, it is the perfect condiment for sumptuous summer salads, or as a marinade for grilled chicken or fish.

My Opinion: I made a Panna Cotta using the Cherry Condiment on top and it came out great it tasted good and reminded me of flan. Balsamic Vinegar I mixed with olive oil to make a dressing and dip for my cukes.
