Opinion: I am guilty of being anxious and I had to read this book which gave me
key tips to help with my worry and anxiety I hate feeling like something is
controlling me and making me fearful as I have no fear anywhere else but I have
come to realize where this is coming from and if it creeps in I say Jesus I
give it to you to handle.
