Almond Milk French Toast
In a bowl, combine 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. almond milk, 1 tbsp. cinnamon, and 2 tbsp. brown sugar. Dredge 8 slices of thick-cut French bread through the mixture and cook on an electric or stovetop griddle for 3-4 minutes per side. Serves 4.
Nutrition per serving: 265 calories, 5.4g fat, 1.4g saturated fat, 520mg sodium, 42.5g carbs, 2.8g fiber, 12.1g sodium
